What you send and what you get.
You send
Any one of these: documents (PDF, scanned too, Word, Excel or CSV, PowerPoint, text, or a Google Drive link), photos and your logo, or just your website address. Then pick the language, a length of 30, 60 or 90 seconds and one of eleven voices, which you can listen to first.
For approval
A storyboard with a preview of every scene, the full voice-over script and a listen to the voice with music. For each scene you see which of your materials or pages the information comes from.
The finished video
An MP4 in Full HD landscape, with voice-over, music and optional subtitles. If you have no photos of your own, we add illustrative ones from a stock library; they are labelled in the video and never pose as your product.
How we keep the video truthful.
The video can only contain information that is in your materials, on your website or in public sources.
Facts with a quote
Every fact we take from a website or document needs a word-for-word quote, which we check automatically against the source. Whatever we cannot back up stays out of the video.
Script check
Every sentence of the voice-over and every figure on screen is checked against those facts, so we also catch generalisations, such as a condition of one plan sounding as if it applied to all of them.
You approve
What you tell us yourself counts as your statement and takes precedence over your website. Even with these safeguards an inaccuracy can slip in, for example an outdated figure on a website, which is why you approve the storyboard and can comment on it twice for free.
How it works.
The automatic part takes minutes, but in between we wait for your approval. Times are approximate and can be longer when many orders come in at once.
- Order. Upload your materials or enter your website and pick the language, length and voice. Required are your e-mail, the company or product name and the address the video should point to at the end. You confirm the order with a link sent by e-mail.
- Storyboard, usually 3 to 6 minutes. We go through your materials and public sources, check the facts, write the script and record the voice-over. The storyboard arrives by e-mail.
- Approval, up to you. Approve the storyboard with one click, or send a comment, for example about a specific scene or how a name is pronounced. We usually send the updated version within ten minutes.
- Video, usually 2 to 3 minutes after approval. The video renders and you get a download link, valid for seven days.
Price and trial videos.
Your first two videos are free and need no payment card. They apply to one e-mail and one website at the same time, and a video we fail to produce for reasons on our side does not count. After your second finished video we send you an offer for the plan, which does not start on its own: it begins only when you activate and pay for it. If you don't want it, nothing happens, you just can't create more videos.
The plan costs CZK 280 a month and includes up to ten videos per calendar month for at most three different websites, meaning the addresses the videos point to; it also works from materials without a website. Unused videos do not carry over. You can cancel any time in the customer portal and the plan runs until the end of the paid period. Payment is by card via Stripe and you get an invoice for each payment. I am not a VAT payer, prices are final. Details are in the terms of service.
FAQ.
What exactly do two free videos mean?
Two orders per e-mail and per website, with no card and no commitment. A storyboard you end up not approving counts too, because it has already been prepared; a video we fail to produce for reasons on our side does not.
Do I need to enter a payment card?
Not for the trial videos. You only enter a card when you activate the plan.
Does the subscription start automatically?
No. After your second video you get an offer, and the plan starts only when you pay for it.
How long can I download the video?
The link is valid for seven days after the video is finished, so please download it. Once the link expires, a new video needs a new order.
Where can I use the video?
On your website, on social media, in a presentation or in an e-mail campaign. The video is an MP4, Full HD landscape; for platforms where videos play muted you can order subtitles.
What happens to my uploaded documents, photos and logo?
We use them only for your video and process them with AI services. We delete them together with the video, seven days after the download link expires. Details are in our data protection policy.
What if I don't approve the storyboard?
Send a comment and we'll work it in, twice for free. If the storyboard still isn't right, the video is not made and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel the subscription?
In the customer portal, linked from your video studio. The plan runs until the end of the paid period.
What if I don't have a website?
No problem. Choose materials in the form and upload what you have: slides, a price list, a catalogue or photos. A few sentences about what you do are enough too. The video is then based only on what you send us.
What materials can I send?
PDF (scanned too), Word, Excel or CSV, PowerPoint, text and photos in JPG, PNG or WebP, up to ten files and 50 MB. A link to a Google Drive document, sheet or presentation works as well.
